For smaller incidents, our in-house staff has many years experience in handling claims quickly and efficiently and are on hand to assist you in office hours.

In the event of an out of hour’s emergency, please refer to your policy booklet for individual insurance company telephone numbers. Of course, there are occasions when the loss is severe – through our membership of Willis Towers Watson Networks – we have exclusive access to the Claims Consultancy Division. This is a highly experienced team dealing with major material damage & business interruption claims on a daily basis. They will guide you from day one to final settlement.
